Job Description
Profile: Senior Accountant
• Experience: 3-5 years
1 Daily updation of MIS in the required format
2 Ensuring regular sales cash deposit (twice in a week)
3 Preparation of TDS data every month
4 Preparation of GSTR-1 data every month (by 7th)
5 Ensuring timely filing of GSTR-1 (by 10th)
6 Payment of GST liability through GST portal (by 18th)
7 Ensuring timely filing of GSTR-3B (by 1+th)
8 Ensuring timely payments are done to vendors as per the scheduled payment cycle
+ BTC billing & follow ups
10 Maintaining a track of all B2B sales
11 Creditors & Debtors ageing updation & sharing for review
12 Preparing PO & PI as & when required
13 Petty cash vouchers to be verified & signed
14 Ensuring all entries are passed in Tally on a day-to-day basis without any backlog (incl. purchase, sales and other JVs)
15 Monthly attendance & salary payment for the restaurant
16 BRS to be verified & signed off (for review)
17 Proper accounting of capex and maintaining a list of fixed assets (along with supporting documents)
18 Assets & Liabilities schedule to be prepared along with all supporting documents
1+ RPT Balance confirmation and reconciliation
20 Debtor's balance confirmation and reconciliation
21 Physical Inventory to be taken and finalized every month / quarter
22 Any other accounting related tasks as & when required
• Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,+22.03 per month
