Job Description
Monitors operations on daily basis along with the Store Operations Manager.
• Ensure sufficient stock levels of Raw materials, Packet teas, tood & other consumables.
• Work towards optimizing store operations.
• Manages and increases the sales in coordination with Area Retail Operations Manager
• Closely and daily monitoring the staff from the vendor and make sure of the smooth Lounge operations
• Closely manages the Food 'vendor for the food and quality of Food.
• Will coordinates for all the vendors (Food, equipment, Printer, etc) related issues
• Manages both side with Vendor and Corporate office for Payment of the Vendors.
• All the Collection of Bills and Monitoring the Bills with DC's will be done by him/her
• Daily Sales Report will be done before 11 am.
