Your Role:
As the General Manager, you’ll manage day-to-day operations while setting the standard for exceptional service and food quality. You’ll lead a team of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and Crew Members, driving strong results and keeping customers coming back.
What You'll Do:
Team Leadership: Guide, motivate and develop your team, ensuring they’re equipped and ready to deliver top-notch service.
Drive Operations: Take full ownership of the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, overseeing service quality, efficiency, and performance while ensuring alignment with company policies and values
Financial Management: Maintain budgets, monitor the P&L and ensure profit targets are consistently met.
Champion WH&S: Implement and manage WH&S standards, keeping customers, staff and visitors safe while ensuring compliance.
Talent Development: Identify team members’ strengths, providing training and development to help them grow.
Uphold Standards: Ensure food quality, WH&S, and store presentation always meet the high standards we’re known for.
What You'll Bring:
A confident leader who knows how to rally a team and keep spirits high.
Knowledgeable about food safety regulations and operational best practices.
Comfortable with budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.
Experienced in coaching and developing staff in fast-paced environments.
A strong communicator who can connect with everyone from crew members to management.
Detail-oriented with sharp organisational skills.
Adaptable and capable of handling various situations with ease.
Professional and respectful, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
A master of time management, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Solid knowledge of compliance, WH&S and food safety standards.
Have reliable access to your own vehicle for commuting to and from work.
