Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Restaurant Host/Hostess based in New Delhi. Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Experience with Reservations and managing guest seating arrangements efficiently
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette to handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information
- Commitment to delivering high-quality Customer Service to create positive guest experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
