We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join one of our teams in the Brisbane South region, Qld.

As managers of our restaurants you will role model Taco Bell's Live Más culture and brand principles. You will drive the performance of your restaurant and consistently deliver exceptional business outcomes by being agile, responsive and skilled at working in a fast paced, high volume environment. You will do this through:
Leading, developing, and inspiring a passionate, vibrant and energetic team, who feel empowered and supported
Driving the operational and financial performance of your restaurant
Developing strong relationships with customers and delivering a dynamic and positive customer experience each and every shift
Delivering great tasting, high quality, craveable and Instaworthy products
Living and breathing Taco Bell and inspiring others to Live Más
Helping to embed a strong safety culture and uphold safety standards within the restaurant

Have held a supervisory or leadership role within a Quick Service Restaurant, or a fast paced hospitality environment
Is passionate and show pride in running a successful restaurant through leading, inspiring, and developing people and teams
Have a passion and skill for delivering exceptional customer service
An open mind and a commitment to learning and developing as Taco Bell grows
