We’re Butterleaf — a young growing, fast-casual health food restaurant specialising in Salads, Warm Bowls and Protein Plates.
Our concept is built around one simple idea: Food that loves you back. Our space is full of fresh produce, good vibes, and a whole lot of heart. We make everything in-house, from our dressings to our crunches — and we’re serious about doing things properly.
Now, we’re on the lookout for a full-time Manager to help us lead the charge.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll work directly with the founder and take the reins on day-to-day operations — helping to lead the team, maintain standards, and drive service. You'll be on the floor, hands-on, and setting the tone. Butterleaf will rely on you to deliver the exceptional customer experience that we have become known for.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-first fast-paced environments and wants to grow with a brand on the rise with multiple locations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Be a role model for the team and lead by example during service
Support hiring, training, and development of front and back-of-house staff
Keep service tight: from prepping and assembling bowls to running a smooth shift
Maintain Butterleaf’s high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer experience
Assist with inventory, stock control, and ordering
Work closely with the founder to improve systems and scale our impact
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Leadership experience in hospitality (ideally in fast-casual or quick service)
A people-first mindset — you love creating a warm, positive team culture
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights / weekends
Someone reliable, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Passion for good food and healthy living
Ready to roll sleeves up and grow with us
