We are looking for an experienced and committed Restaurant Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day operations and help grow the business. This role is ideal for someone who understands both front and back of house, can manage stock efficiently, and is genuinely invested in making a restaurant succeed. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH) Manage stock ordering, inventory control, and supplier coordination Control food and labour costs Lead, train, and supervise staff Improve sales through operational efficiency, upselling, and local marketing initiatives Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are met Work closely with ownership to improve systems and profitability Step in hands-on when required (operations-focused role) Requirements Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar senior role Strong understanding of back-of-house operations Experience with stock management and cost control Ability to drive sales and improve business performance Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable, hardworking, and committed to long-term growth Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive salary (up to $1,600/week, negotiable) Opportunity to play a key role in growing the business Supportive ownership and room to implement your ideas Stable, long-term position for the right candidate Apply now with your resume and a brief cover note explaining your experience and why you’d be a good fit for this role.
