Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team at Garden State Hotel. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering exceptional dining, full table service, and genuine hospitality.
You’ll manage day-to-day operations, lead from the floor, and motivate and develop your team. A strong F&B background and confidence across front-of-house and bar operations are essential.

Essential requirements:
Previous Restaurant management leadership experience
Experience in an elevated dining restaurant
Strong Food & Beverage knowledge
Extensive product knowledge for cocktails and wine
Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
Ensuring policies, procedures, and standards are current, effective, and clearly communicated
