Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Restaurant Steward and Kitchen Commis. The role involves various responsibilities including assisting with kitchen cleanliness and organization, basic food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting chefs in cooking and food plating. The position includes tasks such as cleaning dishes, ensuring kitchen equipment is properly maintained, and assisting in inventory control to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills
• Knowledge of Hygiene standards and ability to maintain cleanliness
• Strong Communication skills for effective coordination with the team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and demonstrate teamwork
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory
