Job description
We are looking for a part-time Retail Assistant to work in our store located in Croydon University Hospital (Mayday).
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
• Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
• Providing a fitting room service for customers
• Processing transactions through the till system
• Replenishing of stock and cleaning
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous retail experience
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to show professional customer service skills/experience
• The ability to be comfortable with lone working
• Flexibility is required to cover staff holidays and sickness
The benefits: Our benefits package includes on-going staff training, 28 days annual leave pro-rata (inclusive of Bank Holidays), 30% staff discount and a monthly uniform allowance to spend on our clothing!
Working hours – 1+.25 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday), plus weekend work on a rotational basis of 1 in 4 Sunday’s.
