Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys motivating and inspiring others and has a passion for high level customer service and personalising the shopping experience. It is essential that you are available to work across store trading hours, including weekends and that you have experience in safe handling and preparation of take away food. This role will also require you to undertake merchandising and rotation of stock, therefore you must be physically capable of undertaking heavy lifting and being on your feet for long periods of time.
What you’ll do:
As the Retail Assistant Manager you’ll take pride in the success and presentation of your site and have a great attention to detail. You will assist the Site Manager in all daily operations of the site, to:
achieve assigned budgets and KPIs
support Staff rostering, mentoring and training
prepare and handle food
handle cash, operate the console and complete reconciliations
provide exceptional customer service and operating the console
merchandise, market and receipt stock, including stocktakes, restocking and layout variations
Ensure food safety standards and compliance
