We are currently looking for Budtenders to join our Team at our NEW Ottawa location!
Roles Available:
-Sales Associate / Floater / ID Checker (Full & Time) This is a 3-part role. As a staff member, you will rotate between these three positions within the store as needed.
Description:
As a sales associate, your role is to ensure the ******** purchasing experience flows smoothly. You will be engaging with customers daily, everything from discussing products and their use, assisting customers, and completing the checkout process at Point of Sale.
As a Floater, you will be on the sales floor helping direct customers to Self Serve options and placing orders, answer customer inquiries regarding products/accessories
As an ID Checker, you are the first to greet customers into the store. It is your responsibility to ensure nobody under-age enters the store.
Responsibilities:
-Processing transactions and customer orders
-Responding to customer inquiries with product knowledge and accuracy
-Adhere to all company training, operation standards and procedures
-Abide by all company and provincial regulations and requirements for the sale of ******** and associated products
-Complete tasks as assigned by the store managers
-Put together customer orders as they are placed. (Online Pickup/Self Orders)
-Maintaining a clean and organized stockroom
-Reporting any inventory discrepancies
-Maintaining inventory and stocking the storage rooms as product shipments arrive
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum age of 19+
-Criminal background check (Must possess prior to interview if selected)
-CannSell Training Certificate (Must posses prior to interview if selected)
-Eagerness to learn
-Demonstrate high levels of integrity and responsibility
-Experience in handling and utilizing POS systems. (Additional training for the ******** POS system will be provided)
-Knowledge of the various forms of cannabis, including strains types and effects
-Knowledge on the various forms of accessories, and ******** consumption methods
-Willingness and eagerness to learn the ever changing products
-Positive and outgoing personality to ensure a high level of customer interaction and satisfaction
-Ability to multitask and move quick
-Organizational skills to maintain efficiencies
CannSell and background check considered an asset at time of application.
