Job Description
Manage counter billing using POS/billing software (cash, card, UPI, QR payments)
• Generate invoices, quotations, and receipts accurately
• Assist walk-in customers with product information and basic sales support
• Upsell related products and services where appropriate
• Maintain daily cash register, billing records, and end-of-day reports
• Coordinate with inventory team for stock updates and low-stock alerts
• Ensure correct pricing, discounts, and GST application
• Handle basic customer queries, returns, and billing corrections
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of billing counter and display area
• Support store operations during peak hours
Requirements:
• Minimum basic computer knowledge billing software experience preferred
• Prior experience in retail cashier / sales role is an advantage
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn products and store processes
