Guarantee a prompt and seamless checkout experience for all shoppers
Deal with all phone calls and notifications promptly, effectively, and politely
Narrate a predicament or challenge that calls for managerial assistance
Regularly enhance your understanding of the product lineup and have the capacity to support customers with store layout and product localization
Provide assistance with pricing procedures, stock management, marking items, and bagging merchandise
Comply with the established transaction protocols when operating the cash register
Accountable for the proper balancing of the register drawer
Ensure implementation of any Store Support Center program or promotion at the cash registers as required
Take part in store and cashier assemblies
The cleanliness and organization of the front end, including checkout areas and entrance doors, should be maintained
