Qualifications
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age

Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program
Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs
frequently and up to 70 lbs

Responsibilities
Complete training consistent with established program
Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations

The Retail Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare individuals for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. The program includes formal discussions to review objectives and development, leadership development, and professional networking opportunities.

• Have previous work experience selling paint and paint related products
• Have work experience using timekeeping and/or customer relationship management ("CRM") systems
• Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
