About The Role
We’re seeking passionate retail leaders to register their interest in future Store Manager and Assistant Manager opportunities at our Alexandria Store.
As part of the team, you’ll create exceptional customer experiences, lead high-performing teams and take pride in bringing customers’ design visions to life.
Whether you’re managing a full-store operation or stepping into a key leadership role supporting the Store Manager, you’ll play an integral part in driving sales, maintaining high operational standards and fostering a positive, customer-first culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach and motivate a team to deliver outstanding showroom experiences and achieve sales targets.
Oversee daily operations, including rostering, stock control and compliance, ensuring store efficiency and profitability.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture where team members are supported to learn, grow and succeed.
Ensure all brand presentation, safety and operational standards are met to the highest level.
Inspire customers by bringing creativity and product knowledge to every interaction.
About You:
Proven experience in retail leadership with a strong customer focus and ability to meet or exceed KPIs.
Results-driven and commercially astute with a passion for building successful teams.
Energetic, organised and adaptable with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Background in flooring, interiors, or building industries is advantageous (but not essential).
