Reporting to the Travel Retail Director, Oceania, LVMH Beauty, the Retail Manager, Oceania will take the lead in driving retail sales across assigned doors to grow market share, improve ranking, and maximize productivity. This role focuses on coaching, motivating, and developing Counter Managers and Beauty Consultants while ensuring the excellence of Dior’s image and Point of Sale execution.

Job responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Managing store sales performance to meet targets set by the Retail Manager in conjunction with the Regional Director.
Building, communicating, and following up on objectives with Counter Managers and Beauty Consultants.
Developing strong relationships with key retailers and airport management.
Preparing and analyzing monthly sales reports for management.
Implementing and tracking an incentive plan aligned with sell-out objectives for Beauty Consultants, promoters and Generic Staff.
Conducting regular counter visits and providing development feedback and appraisals for Counter Managers and Beauty Consultants.
Collaborating with the training team to ensure team members complete all required training.
Partnering with retailers to recruit and select top-tier Counter Managers and Beauty Consultants.
Coordinating effective shift allocation with Airport Retailers.
Planning and controlling the expense budget (T&E) to optimize resources.
Elevating Dior’s brand image through visual merchandising, team grooming, and impactful POS activities.
Overseeing counter setups, POS materials, and promotional visuals in each door.
Planning and executing annual animations with the Regional Trade Marketing Team.
Forecasting and allocating accurately non-saleable products (ie. Gift with Purchase) for the region
Fostering the growth and development of all team members.
Profile
We are looking for someone with:

A minimum of five years of managerial experience, ideally in travel retail and beauty.
Proven ability to build, lead, and manage diverse and high-performing teams.
Resilience and a positive approach to handling ambiguity.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
A people-first leadership style, acting as a role model for the team.
A willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
Strong performance under pressure and the ability to meet deadlines.
Passion for beauty and retail, with a clear drive for success.
Results-driven, ambitious, and dynamic mindset.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
The capability to balance immediate priorities with long-term goals.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Familiarity with the diverse needs of global markets.
