Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Proactive Services Team as a Team Leader. In this role, you will lead and develop a team responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of our stores. You will create a roster for your team, manage time and attendance activities, and develop succession plans through coaching to increase team productivity and overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for cleaning and trolley collection tasks.
- Work with Store Leaders to identify challenges and opportunities.
- Create a roster for your team to ensure daily tasks and operations are covered.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership skills, physical fitness, flexibility to work in different environments, and a good eye for cleanliness and small details. You must also be able to work with other Department Managers and the Store Leadership Team to plan and coordinate routines and timeframes. A valid full Australian driver's licence is essential for collecting trolleys using our vehicles.
