Key responsibilities:
1. Working on overall store operations and profits
2. Ensuring customer satisfaction
3. Communicating well over email and messages
4. Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and efficiency
5. Overseeing stock movement and storage
6. Keeping track of delivery and pick-up
7. Overlooking the operations
8. Overseeing a variety of staff functions
