The Ideal candidate should have at least 8 -10 yrs of experience in Retail Operations, currently working with an excellent Track Record and aspiring to grow. He will be responsible for Achieving Sales and profit Targets across the Region through the Execution of defined Strategies / Campaigns.
Requirements & Skills
· Direct supervision of a team of Franchise Area Operation Managers to ensure the operational success of the Franchise Network within the region.
· Experience managing a high-performance sales team.
· Need to Handle FOFO Model
· Partner with Franchisees and their respective Franchise Managers to continuously define and improve upon SOPs.
· An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
· Works very closely with internal partners (Allocation, Marketing, Merchandising, and Visual) and contributes, in a positive manner, to the group to develop strong partnerships.
· Apt customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
· Strong communication and team management skills
· Open to travel as per requirement
· Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
· Secondary and sales KPI’s drive.
· Marketing drive at store.
· Maintain P&L and ensure ROI of Franchisee.
· Inventory Management.
· Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
· Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
· Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
· Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs.
· Train and coach, the sales team
