Job Description

As a Team Leader in our retail stores, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager to effectively manage daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales growth and meeting regular KPI targets for your department.
Building a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service, modeling our inverted triangle structure.
Leading by example and communicating management expectations to your team members.
High volume stock management, merchandising inline with business expectations, launching catalogue campaigns with effective ticketing and set-ups.
Conducting high-volume stocktakes and Stock integrity initiatives to increase the profit of your department.


Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a retail management professional with:

Previous retail management experience, preferably in high-volume or big-box environments.
An owner's mindset in their leadership style, with a passionate attitude that inspires the team to exceed goals.
Experience in development and performance plans, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
First Aid certification or willingness to be trained at our expense.
