Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Management Consultant to join our team. This is a client-facing role that involves providing strategic consulting services to clients in the retail sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in business process improvement, a keen understanding of various verticals within retail, and the ability to analyze and enhance organizational functions.
Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Engage directly with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
Collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Business Process Improvement:
Conduct comprehensive analyses of current business processes across various functions within client organizations.
Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, proposing innovative solutions for process optimization.
Work closely with clients to implement and execute process improvement initiatives.
Client Delivery:
Assess and comprehend existing "As-Is" processes within client organizations.
Design and articulate well-defined "To-Be" processes tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Lead the delivery of solutions, ensuring seamless integration and client satisfaction.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients during the implementation phase.
Industry Expertise:
Conduct research and stay abreast of industry trends, especially in the retail sector, including Apparel, Jewellery, FMCG, etc.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of various retail verticals to provide strategic insights to clients.
Participate in industry-specific training programs to continuously enhance vertical knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Business Management Consultant, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
Ability to adapt quickly to new industries and verticals through ongoing learning and training.
Project management experience with a track record of successful client delivery.
