Job Description
As a Central Retail Planning professional, the role involves analyzing historical sales data, creating seasonal plans, forecasting trends, and developing strategies to optimize inventory and maximize sales. It combines retail planning with advanced data analytics and statistical modeling to generate actionable insights and drive effective strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating seasonal plans, deriving OTB, and developing option plan. Managing in-season OTB to maximize revenue and mitigate inventory risk. New store openings, inventory chase & inventory projections Planning of Stock as per the Store Grade and performance. Planning as per Grading of stores, Season, Festival Plan etc. Monitor performance versus plan and LY Work closely with business stakeholders, including merchandising, to understand their requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
Education & Experience:
Full Time B. Tech and MBA in any discipline Must have minimum 3-6 Years of relevant experience in retail planning Preferred from Retail/Fashion Industry only
