Duties
Customer Engagement: Assist customers with product inquiries, provide engaging product demonstrations, and recommend items that enhance their Chevignon experience.
Efficient Sales Transactions: Operate POS systems seamlessly to process transactions, manage cash, and issue receipts, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for our guests.
Visual Merchandising: Stock shelves and merchandise displays, maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor that reflects Chevignon's brand aesthetics.
Upselling Techniques: Conduct upselling to boost sales and effectively promote current store promotions or new arrivals.
Store Standards: Uphold high merchandising standards while keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting to customers.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels through regular stocking and inventory checks.
Outstanding Customer Service: Provide excellent service by addressing customer questions with professionalism and courtesy, embodying Chevignon's dedication to customer satisfaction.
Cashiering Duties: Assist with cashiering responsibilities, utilizing basic math skills and ensuring efficient and friendly interactions on the phone.
Experience
Previous experience specifically in Apparel/Fashion Retailer.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling will be beneficial.
A background in product demonstrations, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies is an advantage.
Bilingual skills are highly sought after to meet the diverse needs of our customer base.
Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette are essential for effective engagement.
