Overview
Exciting opportunity to join our team as we open our third location in the brand-new community of Pine Creek. We are seeking enthusiastic Full-time and Part-time Retail Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic craft liquor environment. This role offers the chance to be part of our growth story, with training available at our other locations before the new store opens.
Applicants must have reliable transportation to 1275 Creekside Blvd SW, Calgary to be eligible for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
● Warmly greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
● Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions at the register.
● Assist customers in locating products, offering knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area.
● Stock and arrange inventory to ensure shelves are well-presented and fully stocked.
● Promote and upsell special offers and featured products to customers.
Requirements:
● Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
● Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and transaction processing.
● Physical ability to lift and stock cases of wine, spirits, or beer.
● Prior experience in liquor sales or customer service is an asset, but not required.
● Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
