Job Information:


This position for a Retail sales coordinator is to provide sales support to a team of retail sales executives. The sales coordinator manages all media campaigns for this team. If you are detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment and have sales administrative experience, consider applying for this position.


What you’ll do…


Work as a team member to support the sales efforts of multiple sales executives
Be proficient in various software programs including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, as well as daily usage of customized software programs used to book and execute campaigns
Correspond with sales reps and/or clients daily
Generate contracts for client signature and prepare contract revisions when needed
Monitor currently running campaigns and prepare for upcoming campaigns
Prepare shipping instructions and calculate required quantities
Prepare production work order packages for campaigns that will be printed via Pattison Outdoor
Prepare posting/traffic instructions
Liaise with multiple internal departments including Charting, Production, and Operations
Back-up for other sales coordinators when required
