Job Description

We currently have a full-time opportunity available in our Retail Sales & Design Team, based at our Home Improvement Store in Lonsdale. This position involves greeting customers, designing and selling of Stratco products, answering questions, stocking shelves, maintaining displays and assisting with general store maintenance.


This is a full-time, casual rostered position including Saturday shifts. The store is open Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 2.00pm. Enjoy full-time hours with the advantage of casual rate loading!


RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing excellent customer service and selling goods
Recommending products and helping customers find what they need
Guiding customers through the design process
Ensuring products are correctly priced and displayed, maintaining store stock levels
Collaborating with other team members to keep the store running smoothly
General housekeeping to ensure our store is always presentable
Participation in training and personal development sessions
Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies, ensuring a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

Exceptional customer service and sales skills
Driven to meet KPIs and sales targets
Desire to learn Stratco products and industry
Experience within a similar environment (retail or sales)
Availability to work full-time hours across a rotating roster
Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm and energy
Good computer skills and eagerness to learn the Stratco design process
Previous design consulting or building experience highly desirable, but not necessary (CAD skills an advantage)
