Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers find great value, maintain organized displays, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome and assist customers in a friendly manner
· Guide shoppers to deals, offers, and new arrivals
· Ensure shelves and racks are always stocked and organized
· Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards
· Process sales transactions quickly and accurately
· Support with stockroom organization and restocking
· Help manage crowd flow during peak hours
· Report customer feedback and assist in resolving issues
· Customer support on chat via company website, whatspp and instagram.
Requirements:
· Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus especially with designer apparel.
· Candidates from a fashion background are preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
· Team player with a positive attitude
· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate stock
