• Lead, manage and further develop business operations by developing, communicating and follow-up the key sales growth strategies and action plans in order to achieve strategic goals and actively contribute to the performance and result of the company.

• Identify key focus areas and formulate strategic business plans for the organization and create roadmaps for development and growth.

• Lead, manage and develop the organization by effectively organizing, delegating and distributing areas of responsibility and authority to ensure focus, attention and cost-effective business operations in line with strategic directions.
• Monitor and follow up the business operations by regular interaction with reporting managers and management teams in order to give adequate and efficient support.
• Build and effectively lead a sales organization through hiring, coaching, and retaining employees by providing skills and competence development programs to enhance and improve skill sets and management effectiveness.
• Participate and contribute actively to the Local Management Team by discussing, influencing and deciding on company strategic direction in order to drive the segment in the right direction and achieve expected results.
• Research and analyze markets and competitors to enable sales and product teams to make decisions on the roadmap, positioning, and other strategic matters.
