Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai
Eternart, India’s first quiet luxury fashion house, is looking for a seasoned Sales Specialist to drive and scale our sales operations. This role is for someone who understands the nuances of the luxury retail market, knows exactly who to target, how to target, and most importantly, how to convert.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute high-converting sales strategies and campaigns tailored to Eternart’s niche clientele.
• Identify potential customers and forge long-term relationships with them.
• Understand customer psychology and pitch accordingly to drive conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align product launches with sales goals.
• Constantly analyze and improve the sales funnel, from lead generation to closing.
• Represent Eternart in trunk shows, private fittings, and bespoke experiences.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the high-end fashion industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Deep understanding of the luxury consumer and how to create a premium sales journey.
• Ability to build strategies and campaigns that resonate with UHNIs, HNIs, and aspirational buyers.
