Common Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and personalized product recommendations
• Inspect incoming products and manage inventory efficiently
• Oversee daily store operations, including product displays, cleanliness, and checkout processes
Role Description
• Assist customers with in-store promotions and brand introductions
• Support part-time staff with product knowledge and customer service training
• Contribute to product curation and merchandising decisions based on customer feedback and trends
Qualifications & Preferred Traits
• Experience in beauty, retail, or other customer-facing roles is a plus (open to entry-level candidates)
• Passion for K-beauty and awareness of current beauty trends
• Strong communication skills, with a bright and positive attitude
• 0-2 years of experience in retail staff roles
• Must be located in commutable distance to Gurugram, Haryana, India
