What you will do:
Oversee all store operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff management in the store located in HSR Layout, Bangalore.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements to meet and exceed targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including SOPs related to store operations.
Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales.
Analyse sales data and trends to make informed decisions regarding pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner to resolve issues and maintain customer loyalty.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2-5 years) in customer-facing roles in a retail environment.
In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales reporting, and staff scheduling.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend data.
Familiarity with implementing and monitoring KPIs to drive business objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to lead a diverse team effectively.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
