SILAII is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Store Sales Executive. As a leading company in creating customized sculptures that evoke emotions and memories, SILAII brings the experience of a lifetime to people's homes. We are breaking the notion that sculptures are only meant for public exhibitions or displays.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving renewals and upsells, building strong and lasting relationships with our customers, and ensuring they derive maximum value from our products. You will have regular interactions with clients, analyzing opportunities for improvement and convincing customers to adopt new features that enhance their experience.
Job Brief:
SILAII is looking for a Retail Store Sales Executive to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for the business.
Candidates with strong communication skills and a positive attitude will be successful in this role.
Responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting and answering questions about products and services, and ensuring customers leave satisfied.
Fresher or minimum 2-year experience in Retail Store Sales can also apply
Roles:
Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Managing store operations and maintaining accurate data for stock availability, sales, and customer details
Attending to customers, explaining SILAII's specialities, and collecting payments
Maintaining the store's hygiene and tidiness
Maintaining the customer database and calling regular customers for feedback and purchases
Keeping up-to-date with inventory management and computer software like Shopify and Excel.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate data for stock availability based on daily sales activity
Checking, verifying, and updating stock to the inventory team
Preparing daily sales and demand reports
Maintaining a customer list and updating it regularly
Showing customers around the store and explaining the readymade and custom sculptures
Rechecking orders, collecting money, and tendering the right change
Packing all orders neatly and thanking customers with a smile
Keeping the POS dispatch register ready
Keeping the right denominations of currency and coins and filling all racks with sculptures
Verifying demo pieces of sculptures for minor damages daily
Updating the head office status at specific times and checking and verifying the current stock status every day
Maintaining a flexible schedule to work on weekends and holidays
Maintaining the customer database and calling regular customers for feedback and purchases
Keeping up-to-date with inventory management and computer software like Shopify and Excel.
Possessing good listening skills and communicating fluently in English and Tamil to understand and satisfy customers needs
Requirements and Skills:
Proven work experience in a Retail Store Sales or Marketing Role or any other related field
Fresher or minimum 2-year experience in Retail Store Sales can also apply
Understanding of the Retail sales process
Familiarity with consumer behaviour principles
Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures and basic math skills
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments and work various shifts
High school degree, with a BSc, BBA, or MBA in Marketing and Sales or a related field preferred
Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is a plus.
