Job Description
Set the customer experience benchmark in the store and lead by example to ensure a positive customer interaction
Assist in implementing innovative marketing strategies to provide real retail growth and improved customer service for visitors and Society members
In conjunction with the Retail Manager:-
Prepare and raise orders as per ordering procedures
Oversee goods receiving, check goods and invoices
Maintain stock levels and a high standard of presentation of displays and shop spaces
Maintain computer-based stock records, including back-office system
Lead the retail team in providing operational day-to-day direction

To be considered for this position, you will have/be -
Ability to arrange personal and teamwork routines and practices to make optimum use of time and resources.
Ability to operate computerised systems, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing with internal and external customers, contacts, potential sponsors and suppliers.
Possess the ability to work with a wide range of people and levels of staff.
