Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Retail Trainer with strong apparel styling background to train and develop frontline store staff for a leading fashion retail brand. The role involves delivering training on styling, product knowledge, retail operations, grooming, and customer interaction, along with regular store visits across regions.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver store training programs on apparel styling and product knowledge
• Train staff on retail processes, customer handling, sales techniques, and SOPs
• Conduct soft skills, grooming, and communication training for freshers and store teams
• Support new store openings and induction training programs
• Visit stores regularly for on-the-job training, audits, and refresher sessions
• Track training effectiveness and share feedback with stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure training quality and consistency
Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in apparel styling
• Prior experience in fashion / apparel retail industry
• Proven experience in store or frontline staff training
• Strong knowledge of fashion styling, retail operations, and customer service standards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Presentable personality with strong grooming standards
• Ability to handle and train freshers confidently
Other Requirements
• Must be flexible to travel (Mumbai, Maharashtra, Gurgaon currently, other regions in future)
• Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Travel and accommodation expenses will be fully covered by the company
