This position is for a Revenue Accountant for our Vancouver offices. Schedule is Hybrid, Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30 three (3) days in office. About You Do you have an ability to dive into the details yet also take a step back and look at the bigger picture? Do you enjoy working in a high-volume environment? As a trusted and reliable member of our team, you bring a positive, customer service approach that benefits our clients and everyone you work with. As a Revenue Accountant, you are responsible for recording tenant receivable activity to the appropriate accounting system of record. Using office automated systems to input data, generate reports, conducting specialized research projects and responding to inquiries. In This Role • You take a positive, customer-centric approach with everyone you work with. • You ensure that tenant billings and payments for assigned properties are processed timely and accurately in accordance with established policies and procedures. • You communicate and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders. • You coordinate cash management activities. What You'll Bring • Post-secondary education in accounting or business. • Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive accounts receivable or accounting experience. • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills. Bonus Skills And Experience • Experience with Excel, Word and other accounting software (YARDI preferred). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with high volume accounts receivable departments. Approximate Salary Range for Role: $48,112.00 to $55,000.00 Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations.
