Responsibilities
As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our revenue and billing processes
Responsible for the timely monthly and year-end revenue recognition process ensuring accuracy
Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of invoices for submission to customers for various types of government contracts
Responsible for timely project close-outs
Responsible for accounts receivable collections and analyses
Collaborate with project managers, financial analysts and contracts personnel to ensure timely and accurate project set-up
Generate, review and analyze project financial reports, including project status, project revenue summary, negative unbilled AR and AR aging reports, identifying and addressing any issues
