Job Title: Senior Building Information Modeller
This is a full-time remote job at Dream Designers. As a Senior Building Information Modeller, you will be responsible for creating and modifying floor plans, working drawings, and detailed 3D models, including false ceiling design, furniture modeling, front elevation/facade & interior designing of residential & commercial projects using Revit software.
Main Responsibilities:
• Create accurate and high-quality building information models in Revit
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and interior designers to produce construction drawings and maintain project documentation and design research
• Work closely with the project team to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering
• Proficiency in 3D modeling for interior designing & making facade of a structure in Revit
• Minimum 2 years experience in architecture, engineering, or construction field (with Revit Architecture)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate models
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Additional knowledge of working on 3ds Max & Vray is a plus
Working Environment:
This is a remote job requiring a high-performance PC with good Wi-Fi connection
Remuneration: Salary range between 15,000 Rs. to 30,000 Rs. per month based on candidate's knowledge & skills
