You’ll be joining a dynamic, London studio with a strong reputation for thoughtful, high-quality work that spans mainstream and super-prime residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors. Key Responsibilities
• Step straight into Stage 4 technical delivery on a large residential project
• Lead and support the production of external packages
• Resolve technical and construction queries efficiently
• Maintain consistently high-quality, buildable outputs
Skills & Experience
• Senior-level experience as a Revit Technologist / Technical Architect
• Strong background in large-scale UK residential projects
• Excellent Revit proficiency - confident in modelling, coordination and documentation
• Proven Stage 4 delivery experience
• Solid understanding of UK building regulations, construction logic and detailing
