Directly Reports to: CEO/Founder
Responsibilities:
• Lead the agency’s business strategy, overseeing revenue growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Drive client acquisition, retention, and upsell strategies, ensuring long-term partnerships and profitability.
• Building the teams from scratch & Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and client service teams to align business goals with client needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitive data to position the agency as a thought leader in branding and communication.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, and forecasting for the agency, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Mentor department leads and ensure the entire organization operates efficiently.
• Develop high-level relationships with key clients, addressing escalations and ensuring top-tier service delivery.
• Present business updates to the CEO and other key stakeholders, focusing on growth opportunities and risk management.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a creative or brand communications agency.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and manage client relationships at a strategic level.
• Deep understanding of branding, content marketing, and digital strategies.
• Strong leadership, business development, and financial acumen.
• MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
