We are currently hiring for a leading startup in ecommerce domain for the role of Reward Analyst/HR Analyst based out at Mumbai location.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Support the annual review and renewal of all benefits programs
• Contribute to benchmarking activities by supporting pay and benefits survey input and subsequent data extraction for later analysis
• Design and develop business reports to capture key metrics and trends for HR MIS
• Become an expert on the system/s supporting the Total Rewards
