About the role

As a Reward Business Partner (known internally as a Performance & Reward Specialist), you will be responsible for supporting the effective delivery and governance of our performance and reward processes and services throughout the employee lifecycle. You will support the delivery of reward services, providing advice to enable decision making and support performance and reward activities that promote our employee experience and culture.
This role is a permanent opportunity in our team.
About you
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. You will have a strong analytical ability with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
It's quite likely you'll tick some of the following boxes too:
Technical proficiency in Excel and survey analysis tools and methods.
Proven ability to manage high volume of work demands whilst building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Excellent problem solving, analytical and process development / improvement skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within and across multi-disciplinary teams, with other People & Culture professionals and a broad range of stakeholders.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Human Resources and Performance and Reward.
Experience in using HR systems including Pivot Reward, Chris21 Payroll System and Oracle HCM.
