The Opportunity
As part of the Risk & Independence Managed Services team you will lead initiatives focused on risk management and quality, driving strategic solutions that enhance the Firm's operations. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, oversee multiple projects, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations, making sure that risk management policies and guidance are effectively applied to new strategies and initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence business growth while mentoring the next generation of leaders in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
At least 8 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
CIA, CISA, CEH, CISM and/or CISSP preferred
Possessing thought leader-level abilities in risk management and quality
Advising on engagement-related consultations and contract reviews
Developing and implementing risk management systems
Communicating clearly in verbal and written formats
Building relationships with client teams and leadership
Influencing outcomes through collaboration and trust
Coaching staff and providing meaningful feedback
Participating in recruitment and retention activities

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
