Job Summary of RN Long Term Acute Care:
Vetted is seeking an RN - Long Term Acute Care for a 2-week travel assignment. This position involves working 12-hour shifts, 3 days a week, with an ASAP start date.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of RN Long Term Acute Care:
• Provide comprehensive care to patients with complex, long-term illnesses or recovery needs.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on long-term care strategies and management.
• Document patient care and progress accurately and thoroughly.
Travel Requirements of RN Long Term Acute Care:
• Must live at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates.
Qualifications and Experience of RN Long Term Acute Care:
• 2 years of nursing experience in long-term acute care or a similar setting.
• BLS certification.
• National and state RN certifications as required.
