You will use your clinical expertise to assess, plan, and evaluate care in a collaborative, team-based environment, ensuring holistic and ethical treatment
You will manage patient conditions, develop care plans, and be involved in the ongoing professional development of yourself and others, all while advocating for the rights and dignity of patients
Employ Nursing Professional Practice by assessing and diagnosing patient needs, developing and coordinating care plans, and monitoring conditions to optimize patient outcomes
Advocate for ethical, holistic care by partnering with patients and their families in care planning, promoting dignity and respect
Facilitate learning for patients, families, and healthcare team members, fostering an environment of continuous education
Align practice with safety and quality standards, integrating evidence-based practices and best practices to improve outcomes
Engage in professional development, practicing within the parameters of the Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics, and promoting a culture of inquiry and research
