Job Description
• Competitive Weekly Pay
• Competitive Compensation ranging from $75-85 Per Visit | $110-$120 Per Start of Care .
• Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and number of visits worked.
• The bottom range indicates little to no experience
• The top range indicates highly skilled and experience

Responsibilities:
• Treat infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
• Provide nursing skills such as central line dressing changes, drawing labs, NG/GT education/support, wound care, wound vac changes, and ostomy support etc.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
• Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient's nursing needs.
Qualifications
• Current Colorado Registered Nurse License is required.
• Active Nursing License in good standing (required)

• Six (6) months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred)
• Home Health Experience (preferred)
