We are seeking an experienced Roadway Infrastructure Supervisor to oversee the planning, resourcing, and delivery of workload in our Traffic Management team.

Key Responsibilities:
Organise and oversee the planning, resourcing, and effective delivery of workload in the Traffic Management team
Grow and develop the team through coaching and leading people
Requirements:
Solid TTM experience as an STMS
Understanding of job pricing including materials, labour, and plant and associated margin/profit calculations
Strong knowledge of QA and H&S requirements
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
Strong attention to detail
