Local mortgage company in Chandler AZ looking for experienced customer service/collections specialist.Key Responsibilities:Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to discuss outstanding balances.Provide exceptional customer service by listening to concerns, answering questions, and offering solutions.Negotiate payment arrangements within established guidelines.Document all interactions accurately in the system.Educate customers on payment options and account status.Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.Maintain compliance with FDCPA and other relevant regulations.Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance metrics (e.g., call volume, resolution rate).
