RORL Operation Area Operations Manager Retail

About Retail Lending:The Retail Lending department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like home loans, car loans, and personal loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and business loans for small businesses and is also responsible for the rural lending business of the bankAbout the Role:The Area Operations Manager leads a team of operations officers and is responsible for processing of loans, post verification of customer KYCs and loan agreements. The job holder is also responsible for dispatching such files with proper system updation to central storage, reconciliation with central team and managing the repayment instrument dispatch Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining high service standardsProcess loan documents submitted for account opening and ensure its subsequent disbursementValidate the submitted documents as per bank’s process and policiesResponsible for the dispatch of disbursed files, repayment instruments etc., to central storage post updating the same in systemReply/revert on time for concurrent audit queries and ensure that satisfactory audit ratings are obtainedCreate a performance oriented environment leading to high employee motivation and productivityEnsure that all staff are adequately trained on the processes and various policies of the bank Qualifications:Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized institute Role Proficiencies:For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: Knowledge of Finacle/ other banking softwaresGood communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skillAbility to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environmentAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlines #ComeAsYouAre We are dil se open.
