Role details The Workforce Systems and Establishment at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Roster Support Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. Your opportunity The Roster Support Officer provides dedicated rostering and workforce management support services and to nurse unit/line managers to achieve the optimal deployment of business unit resources. About the Team The Human Resources Team provides specialist advice and support to Line Managers and employees across the Mackay HHS. The Roster Support Officer works as part of this team. About our Hospital and Health Service Mackay Hospital and Health Service has 6 hospitals, 2 multi-purpose health services and 4 community health centres that employ more than 3,700 staff. The district covers an area of approximately +0,000km2 and provides services to patients and their families in Bowen, Cannonvale, Clermont, Collinsville, Dysart, Glenden, Mackay, Middlemount, Moranbah, Proserpine and Sarina.
